As BSP Canada continues to move towards a completely "paperless" ticketing, reporting, and remitting environment, the management and handling of GDS transactions and their impact on BSPlink continues to prove challenging even for the most experienced travel agent. Not only has ticket issuance become more complicated with changes to e-ticketing requirements, but also post-sale handling and reconciliation has become more complex and time-consuming.
To help agencies with current BSP Canada procedures and policies, ATC, in
cooperation with ARTA Canada,
provides a series of programs to assist agencies in dealing with day-to-day
BSP-related and BSPlink activities and in better managing sales
reporting and remittance functions.
The BSP Webinar Program is divided into two modules, Basic and Advanced.
Both modules are interactive and conducted in English only, néamoins, des
questions en français sont encouragées.

Tuition
Tuition for the BSP Webinars is as indicated below for each PC
log-in/teleconference dial-in. Given the nature of this training, and to
keep log-in costs down, it is recommended that attendees call from a
conference room where facilities are in place for a group of agents to share
a single connected PC and speakerphone. Multiple log-ins from different PCs
and dial-ins from more than one telephone line require separate tuition
payment.
- CAD 135.00 for the Basic Module
- CAD 165.00 for the Advanced Module
- CAD 250.00 for the Combined Basic and Advanced Modules
ARTA Canada member travel agencies receive a CAD 50.00 discount on either the
Basic or Advanced module or a CAD 75.00 discount on the combined modules
provided that registration is before the enrollment deadline. Tuition must
be paid online using ATC's secure web payment system, and only VISA and
MasterCard are accepted. We regret that the American Express card is not
accepted.
