profession. Our focus is on arbitration and litigation support which
requires top-level expertise in the area of travel agency and airline

General Schedule of Fees (all amounts in USD)
The following is a list of general fees for 2007-2008:

$275.00 per hour (2 hour minimum) |
| Deposition Appearance |
$300.00 per hour (2 hour minimum) |

$250.00 per hour (3 hour minimum) |
| Travel Time outside Toronto |
$100.00 per hour (port-to-port) |
Fees do not include clerical, courier, or telephone charges which are
billed separately. Fees also do not include air travel, ground
transportation, and lodging which must be prepaid or pre-arranged. All
hourly fees are billed and rounded-up in quarter-hour increments.
ATC requires a $1,000.00 retainer to be credited to fees incurred.
Payments may be made by attorney check or certified check and are due
within 15 days of invoicing.
