The following is a list of general fees for 2007-2008:

Initial Consultation	$1,000.00 flat fee
General Research and Analysis	$250.00 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Affidavit Preparation	$275.00 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Deposition Appearance	$300.00 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Court/Hearing Appearance	$250.00 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Travel Time outside Toronto	$100.00 per hour (port-to-port)

Fees do not include clerical, courier, or telephone charges which are billed separately. Fees also do not include air travel, ground transportation, and lodging which must be prepaid or pre-arranged. All hourly fees are billed and rounded-up in quarter-hour increments.

ATC requires a $1,000.00 retainer to be credited to fees incurred. Payments may be made by attorney check or certified check and are due within 15 days of invoicing.
